All payments, and refunds, are made through PayPal which gives you with the greatest payment opportunities. Payment in full is due prior to finalizing order. Custom orders must be placed with a 50% non-refundable deposit with full balance is due prior to shipping. All jewelry and specialty items are priced in U.S. currency.
Returns on regular orders for items, in the same condition as at the time of purchase, are accepted for a period of 20 days from date of purchase. Postage and handling charges are not refundable. Returns on custom orders are accepted for a period of 20 days from date of shipping; however, refunds for custom orders will be in the form of Joli store credit only.
Sales tax is charged only to Texas residents at the rate of 8.25%.
For orders totaling $100 and more, shipping is complimentary. Items are shipped within two to three days of payment. Should a delay occur, you will be notified by email. Shipping and handling is charged at flat rate of $6.25 for U.S.P.S Priority Mail and all international orders are charged a flat rate of $12.00 for U.S.P.S. Priority International mail. Duties, any other customs, fees and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
